Featuring VDSL2/ADSL2 technologies as well as a Gigabit WAN port, the NF18ACV is a 3-in-1 gateway that provides access to ADSL networks, VDSL and all nbn and UFB fibre network options: FTTN, FTTB, FTTH.

The NF18ACV is a triple play services enabler that supports the transmission of high-speed data, multi HD/UHD IPTV and over the top video streaming, VoIP feature for HD quality voice calls with the capacity to connect 2 phones.


ENHANCED WIRELESS EXPERIENCE

The NF18ACV gateway embeds the 802.11 AC WiFi standard for powerful access point and HD video grade wireless capabilities. It allows both 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands to work concurrently, ensuring interoperability with all wireless equipment in the house. The NF18ACV is equipped with 3 x 3 MIMO internal antennas to provide optimum reception while offering a powerful signal throughout the home. Create an ultra-fast 1600 Mbps1 WiFi home network and connect a multitude of wireless devices such as smart TVs, set top boxes, laptops, tablets, computers, NAS, smart phones and gaming consoles with upgraded coverage and performance.


MEDIA SHARING

Connect a USB device to the NF18ACV gateway, access and share all A/V media and file content with all of the connected devices in the house in real time. The NF18ACV becomes the media hub of the house using DLNA/UPnP standard and enhanced wireless capabilities to create a reliable high-speed home network.

This returns policy is applicable to all purchases made from VR Telepoint either online at www.vrtelepoint.com.au or in store.

To return a product to VR Telepoint directly, please complete our request a return form.

 

Changing your mind / purchasing the wrong product by mistake


If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account.

Note : To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and we will need to be notified within 7 days of purchase / delivery.

 

Incorrectly supplied products


If you have been accidentally supplied the wrong product, VR Telepoint will supply the correct product (where it is available) or issue a credit / refund.

In order to supply the correct product, the incorrect product will first need to be returned to us.

Please contact us before sending back incorrect product by courier .

Note : In this scenario we will need to be notified within 7 days of purchase / delivery and the incorrect product supplied must be in resalable / unused condition.

 

Products damaged in transit


If your product has been damaged during transit to your delivery address we will replace your product, or issue a credit / refund where a suitable replacement is not available.

You most notify us within 24 hours for returns of this nature Before sending us back by courier.

 

Products that are faulty upon arrival / first use


If the product you received is faulty upon arrival / first use, VR Telepoint will either repair or replace your product, or issue a credit / refund where a suitable replacement is not available.

In order to repair, replace or issue a credit / refund for your faulty product, it will need to be returned to us so we can test and confirm that it is faulty.

All returns of this nature must be made within 7 days of purchase before sending us back by courier.

 

Products that are faulty within the warranty period


If your product is faulty or has stopped working as intended and is still within the warranty period specified when you purchased your product, VR Telepoint will repair or replace your product or issue a credit / refund where a suitable replacement is not available.

In order to repair, replace or issue a credit / refund for your faulty product, it will need to be returned to us so we can test and confirm that it is faulty. You may also be able to contact the manufacturer directly to arrange a repair / replacement.

Returns of this nature can be made any time within the warranty period and it is your responsibility to cover any costs of returning the product to us.

 

Testing fees and return freight


If you return a product to us that is not faulty, you may be liable for a testing fee and freight charges to return the product to you.

 

Restocking fees


In some special circumstances including when products are sold to wholesale customers, we may agree (at our discretion) to accept a return of a product that is not faulty. In these situations there will be a handling fee equal to at least 20% of the goods value. Delivery, service and assembly fees are not refunded at all.
